That is definitely a site to see. Check out baller DEREK JETER's new Tampa mansion (on Davis Island) that is 31,000 square feet, has 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, two 3-car garages, swimming pool, theatre, memorabilia room, and MUCH, MUCH MORE!! Jeter reportedly shelled out $7.7 million for the land alone!! The home itself is additionally just around that figure, too.
The estate, roughly the size of a Best Buy electronic store and dubbed "St. Jetersburg," has been under fire since 2009 for zoning sizes and Jeter being criticized on being to focused on the construction of the mega mansion and not concentrating on winning. Now that the mansion had been completed in January 2011, Jeter could be moving in soon... well, after he gets clearance from the city to build a 6 FOOT IRON FENCE around the perimeter.
