If this is true and Beyonce accepts, she will become the world's first BLACK BILLIONAIRE MUSIC ARTIST and MODEL, putting her in the ranks of Oprah Winfrey for entertainment.

You can only imagine what could possibly be spent on Blue Ivy Carter by both parents.
