Who Rocked Their Look Top-To-Bottom Better, Melyssa Ford or Alesha Renee?

Both women look GREAT! The one on the left is model Melyssa Ford, and the one on the right is television host Alesha Renee. Both showed up at the 2011 ESPN 'Body Issue' Premiere.

They both come into their own kind of style and LADY SWAG, but I want to know whose side you're leaning on?

The Gorgeous NICKI MINAJ In Cosmopolitan Magazine 2011 (Likin' This Pic!!)

It's true to STAY AHEAD OF THE GAME (as Nicki said above).

Staying ahead in your very own way and really get you noticed and respected for loving yourself enough to want to advance.

Aside from that, check out NICKI MINAJ in one of the few photos for Cosmopolitan Magazine. I'm really digging this look. I like the braided bodice that hugs Nicki's torso, the skirt, gold accessories, the eye-popping, attention-commanding suede stilettos, and that infamous black bob.

To me, it really goes to show that aside from the wacky colors and ensembles that entail NICKI MINAJ, she passes with flying colors of BEAUTY.

Rihanna's Armani Jeans Short Film

A lot of attitude in Armani Jeans' new short film/commercial featuring Rihanna.

A classic Lincoln Continental. Bodyguard. Black and White . The classic MAFIA and MATRIX kind of feel.  BOSS.

BOW WOW's Late-2011 Mullet-Mohawk

I'm all up for trying new haircuts, but I'll stick with my closely-cropped hair.

Do you like Bow Wow's rugged mohawk?

New Entry To My Women's LookBook: Evan Rachel Wood In A Perfect Fall Look

I'm feeling this FALL LOOK down to a T! This entry made it into my WOMEN'S LooKBooK!

Check out Evan Rachel Wood leaving her Trump Soho Hotel in New York, wearing popular PRADA Baroque sunglasses, fitted black leather jacket, dainty red mini-dress with a red belt for waistline statement, and Christian Louboutin Metaliboots!

Of course, ladies, you can have this whole look for less. Just check your local Macy's, H&M, Forever 21, or even discount retailers like Target (just promise me you won't buy the shoes... UGH). Instead of stockings, pair the look with BLACK LEGGINGS and there's your perfect fall look.

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez Strollin' Thru Rio de Janeiro... Hand-In-Hand... Girls, U Mad??

Not sure what Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez was in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil for, but both were looking stylish as they strolled hand-in-hand through a parking lot (it looked pretty windy outside).

Justin wore a popular GOYAS snapback cap, significantly a Louis Vuitton Damier canvas belt for about $460, and ultra-popular SUPRA Skytop sneakers for about $150. See the different colorways of the SUPRAs below:

My friend Yohance loves SUPRAs so much! Shout-out to him and all SUPRA lovers!!

Technology Extraordinaire and Billionaire STEVE JOBS Passes Away

Steve Jobs (1955-2011)

Well, what does Steve Jobs have to do with fashion?

Well... an awful lot. Even if Steve was not directly related to fashion, he was an invaluable catalyst that placed the world of fashion right at millions of people's fingertips. Think deep about HOW MUCH you can do with your smart phone. Devices such as the iPod, MacBook, iPad have spawned several similar products that the world cannot get enough of. My prayers and condolences go out to Steve and his family.

See the excerpt article from HUFFINGTON POST below:

Apple founder, former Pixar chief and Disney Board of Directors member Steve Jobs passed away on Wednesday, with Disney CEO Bob Iger releasing a statement soon after his passing:
Steve Jobs was a great friend as well as a trusted advisor. His legacy will extend far beyond the products he created or the businesses he built. It will be the millions of people he inspired, the lives he changed, and the culture he defined. Steve was such an “original,” with a thoroughly creative, imaginative mind that defined an era. Despite all he accomplished, it feels like he was just getting started. With his passing the world has lost a rare original, Disney has lost a member of our family, and I have lost a great friend. Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife Laurene and his children during this difficult time.
Jobs' affiliation with Disney comes from his remarkable stewardship of Pixar. In 1986, Jobs bought The Graphics Group, the computer graphics division of Lucasfilm that was spun off on its own. He soon changed the company's course from hardware producer to animation studio, setting the newly renamed Pixar on course to remake animation history. He was the CEO from the beginning of his run there, and the Chairman of the Board starting in 1991, as well.
After running through a number of short films throughout the 80s and early 90s, the studio released its first game changing animated feature, "Toy Story." Gorgeously computer animated, it was a runaway hit, spawning not only a franchise -- it's up to three features and multiple short spinoffs -- but an animation empire that has won Oscar after Oscar. Now, nearly every successful animated film utilizes computer graphics, with blockbusters such as the "Shrek" series following in Pixar's foot steps.
In fact, 14 out of the top 15 animated films, in terms of domestic box office earnings, are CGI-based.
Disney bought Pixar outright in 2006, making Jobs a member of the Board of Directors and the company's largest single shareholder.
"As we approached the end of our relationship with Disney and we looked at our future, we were at a fork in the road," he said when Disney bought the innovative studio. "Disney is the only company with animation in their DNA."
Director Steven Spielberg added a statement about the passing, saying, "Steve Jobs was the greatest inventor since Thomas Edison. He put the world at our fingertips."

WILLOW SMITH Spotted Out Looking Like A Normal Kid, Shopping w/ 'House of Payne's JASMINE'

Check out WILLOW SMITH (haven't posted on her in a while) going shopping. It seems apparently Willow is taking a little break from the success of 'Whip My Hair.' She has plenty of time to gear up for greater works this year and beyond.

And check who Willow is with... she's chillin' with Tyler Perry's castmembers. The second girl from the left is 'JASMINE' from the popular sitcom 'House of Payne,' as well as her other two sisters to the right .

Fash, Crash, and Burn: CIARA's Wrapped Up Hairstyle *No bueno*

Usually, Ciara sports long, lustrous hair, but this is a little disappointing and ended up on my 'Fash, Crash, and Burn' category.

Don't get me wrong... the dress and shoes is great, but the wrapped up hair is a FAIL. It looks like she's getting ready to go to bed!

Official Pics of Kanye West's 'Dw' Fashion Line

Here are some of the looks from the Kanye West 'Dw' Womenswear Collection.

Many critics cried 'WOLF' to his collection, maybe because they're used to seeing fashion in a certain way. But to me, the FASHIONISTA that I am, I thought that some of Kanye's pieces were nice! The signature 'sweater' heels: MONUMENTAL!

By the looks of the line, Kanye was attempting to incorporate all the looks he love: CLASSIC, EDGY, GRUNGY, CONTROVERSIAL. If that wasn't what he was tryin' to reach, oh well... let's hope for a better season.

What A Commenter Said About Kanye West's 'Dw' Line (He/she gave 10 Points of RUDE...and possibly TRUE)

Wassup world? I woke up this morning to the comments and suggestions about Kanye West's new womenswear line and this one person commented on how the fashion show was, after KANYE ranted went he should have smiled and acted proud of his collection even though it was under expectation (I did like some of his pieces, though).

Read the comments that this one person made below. I call it 'THE 10 POINTS OF RUDE'.

1) Ill fitting and poorly constructed clothes that don't know what season they are supposed to be.
2) Poor, novice-like fabric choices.
3) NO real POV - this show is a mix of a Pratt student show mixed with Alaia knockoffs mixed with Balmain cast offs by way of Baby Phat - this is no one's damn luxury.
4) Black "designer" with 2 black models in his show.
5) His BEGGING for a reprieve is beyond humiliating. Who does that??? After Michael Kors' disastrous collection, you didn't see him begging like a crack ho'.
6) Those hair extensions looked like they were applied somewhere in the Metro by Helen Keller and Stevie Wonder.
7) The slit up knitwear and open necklines looked like they just left the Slut Walk. His sense of what is sexy is so cliche and obvious.
8) How can anyone make Anja R. look bad???? Kanye found a way. That white bandage dress looked like someone put her in a food processor.
9) Those name plates provide NO irony. I am sure that's what the team of stylists thought. Get the eff outta here.
10) Those shoes. Period.

Pippa Middleton In Red-Hott, Plunging-Neckline Dress

Pippa Middleton and Alex Loudon

You would think that Kate Middleton would be the center of attention and SUPER-ROYALTY (notoriety on top of dubbed royalty), but apparently her little sister PIPPA MIDDLETON is hogging the spotlight.

Pippa was seen attending a charity boxing event in London with cricket player Alex Loudon. She wore a STUNNER red gown which showed off her...ahem...royal cleavage.

Royalty is usually conservative but Pippa is sure changing the rules on it. This dress says, 'ROYALTY WHO?? This is 2011!'

BEYONCE Honors Audrey Hepburn Classic Look In Teaser Pics

In the previous post was about Rihanna channeling Marilyn Monroe, now I have Beyonce channeling Audrey Hepburn. I guess looking back to the past greats and honoring them in style is a... honorable thing.

I like the whole classic look. When in doubt, you can always BET ON BLACK. The timeless look of black incorporated into Beyonce's stretch pants and turtleneck, as well as the contrasting orange nail polish just give it an edgier look on top.

Can you say... LOVE ON TOP ('cuz I like this...)

Rihanna Channels Marilyn Monroe In New Issue of VOGUE Magazine

It's a classic throwback when people of today act, dress, or look like the stunning people of the past era (I think the greatest era was the first half of the 20th century). EBONY MAGAZINE did photo shoots similar to this in the past where Black celebs dressed as Muhammad Ali, Lena Horne, Diana Ross, and so on.

Here, check out RIHANNA in the newest VOGUE Magazine (probably an overseas version) channeling Marilyn Monroe with such grace. Check the blonde hair, square-cut top, and non-controversial silk gown.

A graceful look for any night on the town (above pic) as well as an easy transfer from business to lunch (below pic).

KIMORA LEE SIMMONS Lookin' Better Than Ever!

Ever since Kimora Lee Simmons stepped down from Baby Phat, she has been hard at work, not only at her new road at Just Fabulous and KLS Jewelry, but on her body as well.

As you can see, Kimora lost a considerable amount of weight, which brought out her new curves more as well as bringing more beauty to her face. And check the dress, too. The belt is a nice touch, by the way.

Jaleel White (aka 'Urkel') Gets Styled By June Ambrose

One of the richest child stars, Jaleel White, or better known as 'Steve Urkel', had gotten styled by stylist June Ambrose. You know what, I was just talking about Urkel the other day and how many child stars just sit back and reap the rewards of their hard work. I'm trying to find 'Family Matters' so I can record a couple shows on my DVR...

But anyway, check out a few pics of June Ambrose styling Jaleel White in this dark gray pinstriped suit (above), my favorite look, and the safari shirt look (below), my... NOT-SO-FAVORITE.

June was taping for an upcoming reality styling show. She was sure looking good in her tunic-inspired/rock-star outfit paired with calf-length Christian Louboutin platform boots.

Not-So-Favorite... Put the Jacket on... (7.5/10)

Another good look... (8.5/10)
