Fash, Crash, and Burn: CIARA's Wrapped Up Hairstyle No bueno

R&B Singer Ciara Tries On Some HAUTE COUTURE Fashion . . . And Ends Up Looking A HAUTE MESS!!

Usually, Ciara sports long, lustrous hair, but this is a little disappointing and ended up on my 'Fash, Crash, and Burn' category.

Don't get me wrong... the dress and shoes is great, but the wrapped up hair is a FAIL. It looks like she's getting ready to go to bed!
