I really got to find out the meaning of the feathers on Chris's neck. Do I like them? NO. Would Chris care? NO. But do Chris Brown and I like tattoos? YES! (I have 7)
Yes, tattoos are ART and a part of FASHION, too. And it IS true that Chris has some of the best tats in the game.

it stands for the commonwealth....aka virginia....its goes back to the indian days...feathers are part of the commonwealth logo
